Ingrid Magnusson
Ingrid Magnusson heads the Institute’s European Affairs and Assessment Programme, providing steer on the Institute’s EU strategy and managing relationships with EU stakeholders and European capitals to ensure strong policy alignment and collaboration in key initiatives. In this work, she oversees the development of new dialogue and engagement opportunities around the world, and runs several field engagements with particular importance to European foreign policy. She joined the Institute in 2016 from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and holds expertise in European foreign and security policy with a background in multilateral negotiations in the EU Council and the EEAS. She holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and is a lecturer and panellist on EU foreign and security policy.
