Amaryllis Perotti

Amaryllis (she/her) works as Personal Assistant to the DED Executive Director and Programme Assistant to the European Policy Support (EPS). She holds a background in Politics and International Relations from the University of Aberdeen. She was awarded the Grant Jordan Prize for Best Politics Dissertation for her analysis of two policy paradigms in relation to the concept of global commons.

Prior to her current role at EIP, Amaryllis gained professional experience in European public affairs consultancy and served as the assistant to the Secretary General of the European Judicial Training Network, working directly with DG- JUST. She was appointed National Youth Delegate for Belgium at the European Youth Forum in October 2022, where she led efforts against unpaid internships, representing the perspectives of young Belgians at the European level. Her commitment now extends to the Youth Ambassador project of Plan International, where she contributes to global initiatives collaborating on a bilateral memorandum in Benin to promote international collaboration on migrants and women rights.

Amaryllis is proficient in French and English, with proficiency in Italian.
