Call for Expression of Interest - mid-term projects evaluation European Institute of Peace, Conflict Justice and Reconciliation programme

The European Institute of Peace seeks expressions of interest from qualified individual evaluators, teams of evaluators or consulting firms to conduct a light independent mid-term evaluation of a set of activities, on Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan and Iraq, implemented as part of the Institute’s Conflict Justice and Reconciliation programme funded by the Government of The Netherlands. The midterm evaluation will be largely interview based and can be conducted via distance.

Interested parties are invited to submit their expression of interest including: CV(s) of the applicant individual/team who will be undertaking the evaluation, a note showcasing relevant past experience/credentials, an effort estimation, fee structure and availability. All applications should be made in English as the language of the final research product and all intermediate notes are to be in English.

Expressions of interest should be sent to recruitment@eip.org, the subject line of the application must contain the reference “CJR mid-term evaluation”. The deadline to submit expressions of interest for the evaluation is by close of business on 30 June 2020 at 23:59 hours CET. The candidates will be evaluated by the European Institute of Peace. An assignment-based specific ToR will be shared with short-listed candidates. Only successful applicants will be notified.

The indicative budget for this tender is EUR 9,500. This will be inclusive of all fees, costs, and expenses incurred by the contractor in the production of the research.
